We are looking for a senior-level leader who will be responsible for managing and directing creative at Worbler AI. They will be responsible for overseeing the development of all creative work, and collaborate with the President, CEO, and Production Director on product design, branding, product development, advertising, and marketing.

What we are looking for

• Synthesize product ideas: Someone who can take technical capabilities, product ideas, and analysis of product needs and turn them into products and product features.
• Shorten the feedback loop between product ideas, prototype designs, and executable designs
• Brand system owner who makes definitive choices about the look, feel, and brand storytelling that translates into consistent identity markers which set Worbler apart.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing any creatives who might be needed for the team, including graphic designers, artists, copywriters, and other professionals.
• Developing and overseeing creative strategies and processes to ensure high-quality work is produced in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the creative work aligns with business objectives and marketing goals.
• Overseeing the development and execution of creative concepts and campaigns across multiple channels, including print, digital, and social media.
• Providing guidance and feedback to the creative team to ensure that their work meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and effectiveness.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the organization's creative work remains innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design, advertising, or marketing, or equivalent project experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative strategies that drive business results.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including executive, technical, and product.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory, as well as expertise in relevant software tools, including Figma.
